Returns

Our customers satisfaction is our primary concern which means if you are dissatisfied with your purchase you can return most items in there original packaging within 14 days of purchase. To arrange a return please email us or use the contact us form on this website, returns and refunds can only be arrange online by email. When returning items to us please get proof of postage or send the item recorded because you are responsible for the item(s) until we have received it / them. We don't refund any delivery costs on returned items unless the item(s) have been damaged in transit or we are at fault e.g. sent wrong item etc.
